greetings everyone.
today while starting the airplane I sheared the cable on the tach on the
engine side.
the tach cable is appox 4 feet long, the tach Indicator
is a Stewart-Warner indiactor
part numbers are as follows 535K H5, 62177 3, SW . anyway does any
body know what the equilant or an automotive subitute...did I say that
.. which I can use....

'Assuming you have an old style tach with 3/16 square drive (male on
tach, female on cable) auto stores may not help. Dusters and Sprayers
in OK can fab these or at least source them.
