F24 pilot's seat cushions

Post by Mr & Mrs Cox »

'Does anyone have, or know where I could find, drawings/sketches etc. which show the front seat cushions and their upholstery for an F24. Also how these cushions are attached to the seat frame?

My seats have parachute pans (UC61K) which appear to have been added to the standard seat frame and so it appears there is no need to remove these in order to fit a'Standard' cushion above them.

Grateful for any info

Frank Cox

'I have copies of photos and material samples that might help. You have me
worried as I have used the same material as the door panels as for the rear
side panels, 4m. I can also send you samples of origonal material.

'Thanks for your response - what I am pecisely after is the internal
construction of the cushions and the way they attach to the seat frame. Also
the quantity of fabric required to cover them - approximately.

The seats and seat backs are not aproblem as I can copy the old covers -
only the cushions concern me.

If you or anyone out there can assist I would be very grateful.
