'I'm restoring a F22--I'll measure the spring in this strut for you--would
they be the same length as yours?

'John,

The lenght of the spring is 7 1/2 in. under no load and 6 in. under a
load of approx. 2200 lb. This is according to the drawing Nr. 43256.

The linear packing is P/N 43260. It's made of duck and rubber. Maybe
one of the club members in the U.S can tell where to get it. Drawing
is on the CD-rom.

Best regards

Karl Saenger, Switzerland
