Search for door parts for F24/UC61

'I would like to ask if anyone knows what the door handle hardware on
a F24/UC61K is from with respect to an automobile. I heard (and
cannot confirm) that it may be the same as some vintage of automobile
door hardware. We are trying to restore an F24/UC61K and I would like
to know if there is in fact an automobile hardware set that I could
also be looking for.
Currently, neither door handle I have matches the other and I would
like to find out if I can get something approaching the right items.

Is there also something similar with respect to the Hayes brakes in
terms of the rubber brake cylinder components?
