Rear Windows

'I have a 37-G and all my pictures show a rear window that is like
a "D" with the curve slanting down (see my web page) But I have
several pictures of later "G"s that show the window slanting up.
The Question is, what year did they change? the C8 series all slant
down, all the F24-R&W 39 and later pictures I have show it slanting
up.
Would it be a real bad thing if I put mine up? Then it would not
have the steel bar through it. I am doing all new wood so it is as
easy to do one way as the other'
