Brackett Airfilters

Post by jstreat360 »

'All,

(Here you are Bob)

Brackett Aero Filters Inc. (7052 Government Way, Kingman, AZ 86401
Phone 928-757-4009, Email baf@citlink.net)has fabricated three
filters that are drop in replacements for the old Airmaze units.

BA-3610 Assembly/BA-3605 Element applies to the Ranger F-24 series.
Price is $70.00 for the Assembly and 14.10 for the element.

BA-5010 Assembly/BA-5005 Element applies to the Warner and PT-23
series. Price is $70.00 for the Assembly and 13.10 for the element.(I
have never seen a filter like this on a Warner engine, but someone is
doing it.)

BA-215 Assembly/BA-216E Element applies to the PT-19/26 series. Price
is $65.00 for the Assembly and 12.98 for the element.

Will require one time field approval for the install. I have the FAA
337 paperwork for the 24R9 and the 24R46 series. If you need it let
me know, will email it to you. If someone has paperwork for the PT
series let me know, send it to me for inclusion on the CD.

All the above will be on the next release of the Fairchild CD Rom
Set. I have photos showing it installed in airbox. I also have the
Brackett eng drawings for record. These too can be sent to you via
email for attachments to the FAA 337 if the existing FAA 337's do not
sufice the needs of the FAA.

I will be updating the Parts and Services List to include the above.

'Cliff,

I will check tonight, I don't think so. If not, John Berendt may have one.

'Cliff,

I looked tonight, no FAA 337 on Bracketts for the PT series. I know it has been installed, Steve Brackett has told me so, quite a few in fact.

Drop a line on the Fairchild Club Yahoo.

I will call John Berendt and see if any one has sent one to him. We need that for the CD Rom follow-on.
