Microsoft Issues Patch for Internet Explorer Holes

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp.
(Nasdaq:MSFT - news) encouraged users of its Internet
Explorer browser on Friday to download a software patch
that was designed to fix three new security vulnerabilities
and all prior known holes.
The patch is the latest in a string of fixes to the software the
company sells that allows people to surf the Web and to
host Web pages.
