Since Yahoo! has apparently made good on their intention to cripple the Yahoo! group web site, and also seems to be struggling with email delivery, I am opening the board for posting by registered users effective immediately.

The registration link is in the upper right corner of the home page, directly below the Search box.

Unfortunately we have not been able to automatically register all group users, so if you wish to post or respond to a topic you will need to run thru the registration process. You may use any valid email address. Your password should include letters and digits, and must be at least 12 characters long. You can browse the board without being a registered user or logging in.
