Camshaft help

I assemble my Ranger engine after a important check, and I would like to known the limit of wear of my camshaft. (see join picture)
I have the table of limits but I don't know how to calculate the wear.

Your 24W use 12 volt power or are you using 2 batteries (I see that the Concorde is a 12 Volt battery)?
