'Tell me how all of this looks.  You can look at all of the drawings and see very few dimensions, but there of one listed.  I think that I remember that the mount area width is 1.54".  I believe that is common to all of the mounts.  You can copy the drawing to application and adjust the scaling to match what you see when you print it.  Then you can cut out the drawing and paste it the 1/8" aluminum, and use the drawing to see where to cut and bend.  I think that the radius is 1/8".   Once you scale it up, you can use some math to verify the radius.  For sure, the aluminum will crack is you use a smaller radius.  I didn't mark mounting holes.  "A" typical, the holes are custom in their location.   If you have ever played with the flap hinges, you will see what I mean.  They are all custom in their location.donna.e @ frontier.com is another address.  If you have caller ID 775.482.9243 if you need to call.

' I can do that.  I finally found the OE drawings that I made.  It is tough trying to remember everything about what I did.  It was almost 20 years ago.  But with what I can come up with, and the OE drawings, you can probably catch any mistakes that I have made.  I am not sure about the material thickness, or what radius of bends that they used.  You can imagine, I had to build all 4 from what I could get from the OE drawings.  One the that I could suggest is try to redesign the mounts for a single larger size.  I think that the present day gauges are heavier than those from the 40's.  I am going to try and make a single page with all 4 mounts to scale with calibration lines on it so you can adjust the print size so that the mounts come out at the OE sizes.   I have been looking at some of it for the last 4 hours, and my mind and eyes are suffering from strain.  I am going to put a 9" line down the middle and 7" across the middle.   If you can adjust the print size to where they are nearly correct, the mounts won't be far off.  Print the page multiple time, and cut them out and paste it to the aluminum.  ie, you layout is already made.
