PT-26 fuselage tube apple green paint source

'The fuselage tubes and interior metal parts for the PT-26 are an apple green color.  Could someone tell me a source and identification of this paint?  It of course must be a two-part solvent-resistant paint.

'It's not just miles spec zinc chromate primer?
