'The control lock bar is mounted under the panel in the front cockpit. In the rear cockpit, there is a “T” handle with cable, fairleads and pulleys that is connected to release the lock mounted on the right side under the instrument panel. Do all PTs have a rear cockpit control lock?
The reason I ask is with the 10 Sept. 1944 revision of the IPB, all references to it have been removed. My project doesn't have one, so I was wondering if other projects or flying aircraft have one. I can't find a Service Bulletin specifying its removal. Shown on Figure 107, page 127, with text on page 161.'
