The PT-26 I've been working on doesn't have the rear control lock in it. I imagine they decided they weren't needed. It was just a cable to the front lock.

Is it the same for your -19 as well? Rear control lock assy. seems to have been removed from the 10 Sept 1944 revision of the IPB, but then it appears again the October 1944 revision.
