F-24 with L 440 175 HP.

   This F-24K, N20629 has the 175 Ranger. You can usually tell the pre War ones that have been upgraded by the oil cooler mounted under the plane by the firewall since it is too big to fit under the cowling. If I think of any others, I will pass them on to you. The owner of this plane is Mike Reid in Fort Towsen, OK . e-mail rottenchild38@aol.com

NC16818, a 1936 24-C8F (S/N 3119), presently in our shop, has had the 6-390-D3 replaced by an 175 HP L-440.
