Flap Rigging

'Thanks to all for your input. The problem has been corrected and the rigging problem was located at the wing bel crank where the cables were reversed.
As of this November there are now three 1946 Fairchild F 24's in the X 60 airport, Williston Florida and all three are in the same T hanger building. what a coincidence!
