'I got to bite. Why would you ever sell one of the best aircraft ever built. There was no other aircraft built that had a TRUE 10 G LOAD TEST  about 3 years ago or less there was a 22 that sold under 50k and it was the best you will ever see.....  The owner died and his kids put the plane up for sale. They were asking over 100k and sold it for under 50k.  That plane had just gone through a complete from the ground up restoration. As for me I think 22's are priceless and if I owned one you could not give me enough money for it.

'Chuck you're not helping my cause. LoL I saw the post of an F22 coming up for sale so I'm patiently waiting to learn more. Of course I'd like to see a good deal. We don't need anyone talking him UP on his price. That said, I'm rather impressed on the reasonable prices I've seen on the F24s for sale. Hopefully I'll be a fairchild driver soon!

'Was this Bill Worman's Fairchild model 22-C7B  N 13167?  I helped Bill return that N-number to the Fairchild as it was on our Sky Hawk.  The Story goes that The F22 originally had N13167 registration and was used on factory literature pictures.  The plane was then shipped to the Philippines and the N-number was surrendered.  The N-number wound up on the flying club's 172 which they still have.  Bill wanted the number as he was restoring it. He paid for the materials and transfer back in 1986.
