All,
I have in my hangar the following to get rid of. I showed up yesterday and taking up room.
Project #1: A very nice basic airframe with no corrosion. Comes with paperwork. No logs. No tailgroup, gear or struts. All the small pieces are missing. Has a set of wings for pattern. Has excellent wing hardware. One good flap and aileron. The others damaged in transport by third party. Appears this was a UC-61. Fuel tanks are in good shape. Still has the bomb rack bolted in place aft of firewall. Also has what appears to be an additional oil tank behind the firewall. There is a Ranger 175 on a R9 that can be included. Boot cowl is in place, good for pattern. Has the inst bump cowl, good shape, use as is. Has seats, Rudder pedals, one control stick, and flap mech. Elevator Push pull rods are in place along with rudder idler. Firewall has been cut, good for pattern. A few instruments for core overhaul. Panel has been chopped up. $3500.00 OBO
Project #2: This is skeletal remains of a 24R9. Sat outside for years at salvage yard. Broken back. Has a complete 175 Ranger attached for core only. Can be separated for project above. Has the baffling, mags, generator, oil tank, Stromberg carb, one SS fwd exhaust. One seat installed. Panel is good for pattern. Boot cowl good for pattern. One control stick. Tail wheel strut and wheel assembly. Nose bowl is repairable, will need metal working. Two cowl rails in good shape. $1000.00 OBO or part out in pieces.
I have many pics of the two projects. Call me with your needs. Must go.
