1938 24G project for sale

I don't have the time or money to work on this plane. I was hit with a Back Disease a couple years ago and two weeks ago we were told that my wife has stage 4 cancer and has a few months left. This plane needs a new home and I need both the money and time for my wife. I do not own or have the fire wall forward for this plane. This project has all new ribs made for complete plane. There is also a new set of seats for this plane. The new ribs and spars would cost over 15k to have made. The workmanship on both the wing spars and ribs is the best your going to find. The man who made them was considered the best aviation wood worker in the world and this was his plane.
