Fuel Tank Strap hold down bolts

'Hi AllCan I get a few of you to send me pictures of the access point for the Fuel Tank Straps on top of the F-24 / UC-61K wings?I have seen 2 methods; Doily Patch over a hole, and a little metal access panel.
