'Hi all,

Does anybody know where to get drawings for wings? We have old wings which are so bad that our only option is to build a totally new set. It would be safest to build per plans compared to measuring and copying from old ones. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

'Ari,

The Fairchild Club has drawings on the DVD. The wing drawings are not the
best. But with the old wing and the drawings you can get there.

Also a wing kit is available with everything you need to fabricate new post
war type wings. See the attached Parts and Services list. Look for wing kits
by Bill Scheunemann. His new web address is:
http://www.precisionam.net/aviation_products.php

I provide the DVD for the club. Let me know if you are interested. Cost is
$45.00 US dollars. Paid to the club.

'I know the Smithsonian has some drawings, l was able to acquire some drawings for the F24R46 that were not on the club's disc. You have to write to the archive division. The address is on the website along with the instuctions. Good luck
