'You can get silicone gaskets for them, from Real Gaskets. They advertise in TAP.

The engine has about 350hrs tt, but has been sitting for a number of years.

'Unknown quantity. Depends on what the engine log looks like, particularly the last "overhaul". My experience is that some of that documentation is sketchy at best. Looks like new, good quality, known entity overhauled engines are going for around $30 K, at least before recession. Not many out there. Maybe you can judge from there.
