'I have a question about you install of the strobe.

I haven't done the sign off for my wings and or the install of the strobes. How or where did you install the power supplies? I did mine aft of the rear spar and outboard of the aileron bay. I did separate switch plus wiring for the power supply voltage and added a separate lead from tip to tip for the synchronizing pulse. I did it that way because I didn't like running High Voltage the length of the wing.
The mounting of the power supply is pretty much in line with the way things were installed in 1940's. I took my method from the installation of the ST-1220 landing light.

Did you get the P/N for the brake overhaul kit P/N from NAPA? I did the unusual method of bleeding the brake system. Bleed from the bleeder valve back up through the system. But you will need to elevate the tail of the airplane so that the aft portion of the Master Cylinder is higher than the output end. Once you start getting fluid in the reservoir to about 1/2 full, you can cycle the pedal and draw the last of the air around the flex line back into the master cylinder. I made sort of a I.V. line with clear tubing and hung the bottle as high as possible.

'Sorry I installed a single power supply so mine is different.
Your sign-off will be the same. It will still be a 337 Field approval and then the Instructions For Continued Airworthiness will have to be supplied. The night operation test flight is required. I installed Whelen, their installation manual is a great source of information.
For my master cylinders I replaced them to a different type when I installed Cleveland Wheels & Brakes.
