'I have a Pesco wet vacuum pump on the back of my Ranger. As I am rebuilding (F24 UC61K) I was thinking to replace it with a dry one to save the mess and plumbing (air/oil separator) associated with a wet pump.

My question - Has anybody done this and is there an approval/STC around?

Many thanks

Frank Cox'

'If you care about dependability stay with wet pump. Hundreds of times more so.
