 I know the tail cowl you are in need of for your UC-61 as I have the UC-61 parts catalog on hand. The tail cowl I have, P/N 41328-1,is for the 24-G and H models and will not suit your needs because the G and H models had the old style vertical fin and rudder assembly. I have given yours and Jay's need for a tail cowl some thought and would like to suggest that it would be possible to lay up a new one up in fiberglass using an original cowl as a male or female mold. Now the goal becomes one of borrowing a suitable cowl to use as the mold and returning it to its owner. I wish I could be of morer help.

thank you for your answer and suggestions. I did it in carbon because in
aluminium it?s too much hard to do. But my mind know that it isn?t made in
original material, so I?m trying to find it original. Help is welcome.
