AD compliance for F24

'After two years of hard work ... I finally have my IA scheduled to come next week and sign the annual inspection on my F24w-46. I was reviewing the ADs for compliance and that has raised a few questions. I don't want to get him here and then get delayed for a silly non-compliance. Thankfully the applicable ADs are very limited and this airplane has been competently annualed many times and should be in compliance with all of them... right? There are only a few that I think the IA might question.

46-21-01: gear universals, should be able to confirm by looking at P/N on the universal, right? Any other indicators?

46-40-02: Reinforce oleo struts. Don't think this applies to my S/N (W-46299). Airplane was built in 1946.

47-21-02: 20A Landing light fuse. My panel has a 10 amp breaker on the landing light circuit. Has probably been that way for well over 20 years. If a 20A circuit is required, how has this passed annual for this long. Is there a fuse somewhere else in the circuit? If you put a 20A breaker in, then the wiring might have to be resized to carry the load. AD says nothing about that. Something doesn't make sense with this one.

Appreciate any insight or assistance.

'There are Fairchild Service Bulletins that are associatd with the AD's.  For
your inspection, you should have copies available.

46-21-01:  If the part number is stamped on the part, then no sweat.  However if
not, you need some way of identifing it.
46-40-02:  If your serial number is not identified in either the SB or AD, you
should be ok.
47-21-02:  A 20 amp fuse is called out in the AD.  However, the practice now is
to use the resettable breaker.  You should install a 20 amp breaker as called
out in the AD.

Good luck with your inspection.
