drag wire tool

'Hi All
Need some help finding a method or borrow a tool.  We are in the middle of rebuilding our UC-61K/F24R wings. left wing is well on the way to completion, however we have run into a little snag.  There are 4 bays between the spars that have drag and anti drag wires. the structual repair manual T.O. 01-115CA-3 Section 1 paragraph 9 gives the torque value of each bay and each wire, but it does not give you a method to do this or a tool part number to use. it only says "as determined by a tensiometer".  Does anyone have one of these Drag/Anti Drag Wire Tension tools I can borrow or an approved method to torque these wires?
Any and all recomendations would be greatly appreciated!
thanks

'I'm in the same boat - I had posted on this group previously and did mention that Holloway Engineering http://www.radialengine.com/index.html had offered to callibrate one of their tensiometers to do this for me - at a price! - $250.

I decided that as there was plenty of other work to be getting on with I would put it in the 'Too difficult file' and come back to it later - perhaps now is the time.

Thanks as well

Jim - did you get my e-mail re paint, fuel pipes & pitot head?
