Hey guys...well the time has come to get a "real" airplane. I've been flying a single seat experimental for a while, and it's been fun but it's time to move up in the world. Anyway, some other financial issues have not permitted the stars to align in order to get a 24W. I'm a young guy and been saving for a while to get one...but it appears right now it's just not meant to be. On that note, I will be going to look at a Grumman AA-1 until I can put the funds back together to get an F24.

A member on here has an F24R9 for sale that's just out of my price range...but the combination of it not being the radial I really want AND being short the money still make it, well, impossible.

Anyway, so my current plan is to have the cheapish Grumman to fly while I go back to searching and saving. In the meantime, do any of you guys know where I can start acquiring 165hp Warner parts, including a complete engine? I would also not be opposed to a complete 24W that needed recovering, if the price was right...
