Subject: Re: [fairchildclub] Fairchild Museum at Hagerstown
I drove all the way from Denver to see it. It was a rainy morning....the
downtown "museum" didn't open until 10:00....and it took all of 15 minutes
to see everything there. I called one of the Fairchild Museum officers to
see if I could get to see airplanes...specifically an F24....and was told
that "the planes are in the hangar"....OK....can I see the planes in the
hangar? "Well...we don't want to open the hangar today"
So I drove home wondering why I am sending this outfit any money at all.

If you then download and search this 271 page document you will find there are a number of files listed which relate to the M-84. Whether the information they contain will help you I cannot say as I have not seen them. The few files I have purchased so far, relating to Model 24 and 62 have turned out to be a mixed bunch, some with information I doubt I could have found elswhere and some which are just retreading old and somewhat incomplete data.
