'Does anyone have a Bendix Scintilla EF type magneto switch for sale or
know where I can find one. Ours has developed an ugly short when
switching mags that causes the left mag to ground out.

'They are on Ebay all the time. $50 and up a bit will get you a good one.
Come to think of it, have you looked inside yours? They are dead simple
and it might be very easy to fix.
