'I don't recall how I stumbled onto Tom's pages, but I got wrapped up
following his restoration. The last few times I checked - many months
ago - there was no progress. Then I checked again today and the link
is bad.

Does anyone know if Tom is OK, and is he still working on his 24?

Yes I'm OK,, thanks for asking, I'm just really busy doing more
important things. My old web page was costing me $9 per month, but the
ISP got greedy and upped the price to $29 So I took the old page down
and have started a new site(free) at

and afte rI retire from Government service the first of may, I'll have
more time to work the project..'
