'For my Fairchild Model 22 -- After some search I found semi-metallic
lining (new, not NOS). The lining material is identical to the
original RUSCO linings. I also found approriate new replacement brake
shoe return springs. If anybody needs help in future doing same,
contact me - I can provide help. Steve'

John: I have an F-22 C7B with a Menasco D4 engine. I am unfamiliar
with the round engine F-22's and have never seen a "live" one. There
are precious few F-22's around of any model. This forum has been of no
help with the F-22's but I keep putting any info I have on it.

Can't help on the needed part. You might try to contact another round-
engine F-22 owner to see if you can borrow the part to copy it. The
only one I am aware of is Russel Williams who owns the site
http://www.russellw.com/. I believe he is restoring a round-engine F-
22.

Wish I could help. Keep in touch. Regards, Steve'

'Hi Steve and John,

I am slowly working on a C7F, but I do not have a cowling that I believe was
original and so can?t help John out on this one.
