PT-19 VALUE??

Post by Buhwana »

'Gentlemen,
I have obtained a Fairchild PT-19 (aircraft N524JM) in a trade for a
another aircraft. This aircraft was owned by Joe Miller who was
passionate about the upkeep of the airplane. I already have another
plane and don't need two, especially with one in college and another
heading there soon. I'm sure some of you are familiar with this
airplane. I am wondering if you might help me with determining the
value of this airplane for sale. I have a general idea but there are
none list on the internet, TAP or other airplane buying sources that
I could compare it to. Perhaps there are some out there that are for
sale that I am unaware of.
This airplane is not a show airplane BUT it is not far from it. I
have complete book from 1944 and the airplane has only 1077 TT with
about 320+/- on the engine. I can send you pictures for evaluation if
anyone can help. thanks in advance.
