'Jim, was that you flying a UC61 over my house yesterday ,laughing and
yelling ,eat your heart out? I have been meaning to call you on the
phone but I have lost your # Email it to me and I'll call you back.
How are you doing on your project? Is it covered? What color? I have a
FAA registation # on the UC. If you Punch in the n# it comes back Type
of air worthiness un specified. Not good. Wasn't your plane of dutch
registory before the USA? Whats your N#? Ifound an NOS amp gauge.

I wish that was us flying! My Partner Bob and I took
last summer off to help
a local museum restore and repair a Navy T-2E Buckeye
trainer.
needless to say all our spare time was that was set
aside for our plane was
swallowed up by the T-2... We also moved hangars, went
from a non-heated one
you saw, to a nicely heated and insulated hangar next
door! After setting
the shop up again, and doing some needed cleaning and
inventory, we are now
starting to get back to our baby...Oh yeah, my wife
and I had a baby boy
(Justin) in Jan. 2005 so that has taken away some
airplane time, my partner
Bob has done a fantastic job filling in for my
absence! We have begun
fabricating stringers this past weekend. working on
the instrument panel,
interior, and numerous other pieces.....
can you please take a picture of your panel and
firewall and email/send it
to me...
