Tailwheel Shimmy

'Hi Cy,
Yea, Glenn tore it apart again when we got home. He welded up a new
crossmember/bushing for the yoke to attach to and welded up new tabs for it to attach
to and put it all together.
I have 3 tailwheel struts, so we picked the best one and put it on the
airplane.
We then reattached the fabric and painted it to match as best we could. My
thought is "From 1,800' , you can't tell the difference."
The Aeromatic developed a loose blade last fall and was immediately replaced
with a fixed-pitch Sensenich.
The alternator works great, I would suggest doing that mod for all F-24
owners.
