uncertified Cenconite on PT wood.

'I got the information about the uncertified Cenconite fabric out of
the Cenconite Aircraft Covering Process Procedure Manual 101. It's on
page 3. Here is what they say. Cenconite Uncertified Light is not
approved for certified aircraft except as cover over plywood skins.
It is generally used on uncertified ultralights and has no PMA
identifying stamps.
I would still do some double checking before I went ahead but I
imagine that it is OK for this purpose because it isn't taking any
load. The plywood does that.
