Hayes wheels and brakes

'I just bought 2 wheels off E-Bay, after removing the brake drums, I
found heavy corrosion between the drums and wheel, these corrosion
deposits were forcing the steel drum away from the aluminum wheel.
By forcing the drum to move away, the corrosion products would make
the drun out of round.
Inspect your wheels, specially after long periods of no use. I can
repair these corroded wheels.
I will have a complete set of manual brakes and wheels for sale,
after I get them cleaned and repaired.'

Exactly what wheel parts do you have & in what condition are they?
I need just about everything. My plane is in California & due to ship
ro me in Germany in 2 weeks & we just discovered both brake systems
are junk.
