'Scott 3200 with leaf has been done overseas, don't know of any on this side
of the pond. Why would anyone want to do that, sure looks like crap. Was a
picture of it in the Fairchild Flyer.
As I have stated before, a well maintained F-24 tailwheel assembly IAW specs
works fine.
