The Airmaze boxes described are a military add-on to put an air filter in the
carburetor air source. They attach to the carburetor heat box (the one with
the three outlets you described) but are not part of it. I don't know of any
carburetor heat boxes available, but if you find one you will probably have to
rebuild the "monkey motion" moving parts which activate it.

I rebuilt mine a few years back and will probably have to do it again in the
near future. Good Luck!

'Thanks Earl for the imfo on the carb heat box for the w 165. I have so far
located one and it is being ups'd as of now. At this point i dont think ill
be needing the air - maze unite. Ill keep it in mind however. thankks
