'Our family has been bitten by the Fairchild bug and we are trying to
learn more about F24s, particularly round motored ones, both Warners and
W670 conversions.
I work with an air museum that also has an interest in F24s.

'Welcome Drew,
Is the Woodlands near Houston? For more info, go to our Fairchild web site (
http://www.fairchildclub.com). Also get with John Brendt for your copy of the Fairchild CD Rom. We produced the CD to assist the Fairchild lovers. Plenty of info. There are quite of few Fairchild F-24s in Texas to go look and get a ride in. I will be back down in the Fort Worth area this Sept, can give you a ride in three different F-24s. Warner and Ranger powered. Fritz Mairs F-24 with a Jake will be up and running in a few months also after a complete rebuild. Tim Carter now owns it, based in the Fort Worth area.

'Hi guys, my name is Tim and my father and I are in the process of
restoring a PT-19. You guys seem to know what you are talking about
when it comes to Fairchild's so any advice we can get would be great.
I hope to post some pictures of the project real soon. It's been a
little tricky to put back together since we did not get the luxary of
taking it apart. We hope to be completed next year. I'll be in
