'Hi Gang-
Process on our UC-61K is coming along, Need information.....
Aircraft Spruce indicate they can supply F24 interior Headliners.
They indicate they have the 1937 and 1939 patterns. Will either of
these fit our 1943 model? If we can use these, how far down the sides
do these headlines go? IF anyone out there has a usable pattern for
the later model F24's please let me know....
Have F24 parts to swap.'

'Jim,

The 1937 pattern is for a narrow body. 1937 and prior were three people
airplanes. 1939 went to four place, a little wider. I don't know anything
about their interiors, but the fuselage envelope for the 1939 (and later)
was patterned after my airplane.

'Whoever said that the smaller headliner will not work is correct, and A/C spruce does not have the correct pattern for the later model. What you will need to do is get the correct measurements from someone or a good upholstery shop come and measure it and sew up the headliner. It fits in with about five or six different pieces. For what it worth.

'Walt, I am rebuilding a 1939 F-24. When you say a complet interior, do you
mean all sides and headliner? What is the color of this selection? How
much money would it take for you to give up ownership of these components?

'I may be interested in having a look at such pictures!

But another question, what were original fabric/raw material used in UC-61K
delivered during WWII in europe?
what colors?? I already know there weren't any seat cushion, only the back
side, as seat cushion couldn't be used with seat-parachute of military
pilots!

Do has anybody more details? I sure I am not the only one curious qbout the
subjects regarding pure original "state-of-the-art"!!

Thanks,
