'Dave,
I have a 1946 F24R for sale and could probibly take the Cub in trade. We are currently covering it and this would allow you to pick your colors and interior.
Call 937-884-5750 days, or email me at
Gene@vintagewings.com and we can discuss it.

'I personnally don't know what is the current values for cubs and F24 in the
US, but for us in France its not so far one from the other...just depending
a lot of the airworthy conditions (and navigability certificate-restricted
or not)...an F24 is only 1.5 to 2 times the price of a flying F24...
...but it is not totally the same way of use!
(if you travel a little bit or not, with luggages or not...and so on...)
(maintenance should not be a problem in the USA, I guess!)
So, what ever is your preference...have nice flights!!
