'Hi all,
I am attempting to fill in the last few gaps in a Model 24 Argus
production list.
F24W-41A N1276N appears to fit in one of those gaps and I would be
very interested to know it's early history - particularly whether or
not it is ex-miltary (or some other government agency) and it's
build date. Information gleaned from FAA cards has not provided a
complete answer.
The owner according to the FAA register is Fairchild Club member,
Tom Goodlet. As a club member I have his mail address, but he is
not listed on the e-mail roster. Is Tom, or are any of his friends
on the message board? Hoping I may be able to get a quicker reply
than writing from England.
Thanks in advance, Tony Broadhurst.'
