'Cliff,
Let's take a look at FAR 43, which covers maintenance,
preventive maintenance, rebuilding and alterations on
certificated aircraft.
FAR 43.15(c) requires each person performing an annual
or 100 hour inspection to use a checklist. You may
use one of your own design or one the manufacturer has
prepared. The checklist must include the scope and
detail of items contained in Appendix D of FAR 43.

What that says it that you can create your own
checklist using Appendix D as a basis and adding any
items particular to your aircraft by referencing from
the PT Series Erection and Maintenance manual. Any
major alterations/field approvals for which you have a
Form 337 should have had Instructions for Continued
Airworthiness prepared. The ICA and AD compliance is
required for the 100 hour/annual inspection and should
be added to your checklist. If you do not have a copy
of Appendix D, you can get one from your IA or from
the Internet.

HTH,

Mike
