On the Appearance of these draft forums

Right now our effort is to make the forums functional. We are using the default appearance style provided by the phpBB platform we are working with. As we get closer to finalizing our forums, we may experiment with other interesting styles, and we will certainly customize our header graphics. Bear with us.
