I think 24G N23E (c/n. 2926) is an exhibit at the Skagit Aero Educational museum at Monroe, Washington.
According to the FAA website 24G N38E (c/n. 2935) was last issued with a Certificate of Registration on 3rd December 3rd 1960 and was cancelled on October 19th 1962. That could be the result of an accident.
The online searchable accident reports are only available back to 1962 and N38E does appear to have one.
Perhaps the best next move might be to apply to the FAA for the records of Model 24G c/no. 2035, N38E. I accept that what is reported in the documents from the 1960â??s is sometimes lacking in details but you might be lucky.
Having looked through a number of ex CAA M-62A records I think the addition of a suffix letter to the original registration when a CAA aircraft was first sold off may have been the standard practice.
Looking at your request for information on PT-19s N46390, 58148 and 69134 - here is what I have:
46390 T43-5329 ex PT-19B 42-82742 - gone from the USCAR by January 1968.
58148 T41-871 ex PT-19A 41-148915 - gone from the USCAR by January 1968.
69134 T42-4035 ex PT-26 FH686 - current on the USCAR of January 1968 gone by 1992. Currently shown on the online register as C of R revoked.
Here again you may be best to apply for the FAA documents
