Matt:
I have a few pieces of the fairings, at least good for patterns, including
, I guess, the lower sections of the strut fairings.
I need to take a look at them in the hangar. I will make pictures and
e-mail them to you then, if you wish.
This might happen on Wednesday.

[fairchildclub] Help with fairings ...
Afternoon guys ...
Could use some assistance on gear leg fairings ... When I bought my
24W46 it did not have the oleo strut fairngs installed. It turns out
that in my parts pile that I got with the plane, I have the two upper
sections but not the lowers. I am also missing the two removable
mounting brackets that go on each strut to secure the fairings.
I am basically looking for the lower sections of the strut fairings,
the mounts, a set of the intersection fairings from the gear leg to the
wheel pant and the small LE and TE fairings that go on the gear legs
where they intersect the fuse. I can fabricate these parts if need be
so I am open to anything... unserviceable used parts that I can use for
patterns, serviceable parts, drawings or paper patterns, loaners to use
as models.. whatever you have that might help me re-create these
missing pieces.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
