There is something wrong with the link that was posted as being sent by you. My antivirus program says "NO NO NO, Don't open that one".

I suspect that someone has discovered the password to your eMail account, and is sending out junk under your name. If you can still access your eMail account, I would strongly suggest that you change the password right away. There is a lot of this going on lately.
