I lucked out in finding a set of 3-1 cs tubular headers off a 'parts' Ranger at the fly-in FBO's hanger! Picture attached - hope you can see it...

Cost/fit-up are certainly simplified over a 3-1 or 6-1 setup, but we've got certified aircraft, limiting our available options. The photos Airy forwarded of single stacks looks cool! Kindly send me the dimensions of your setup so that I can evaluate that option further on my spare engine.

Pictures made in gravel strip in mountains were made in "St Remy de Provence", a strip restricted to sailplane usually.
Others pix taken all around France, from north to Corsica.
This plane is now based in "Blois", within "Aero-Passion association" (they fly, T-6, Stampe, Bucker, etc...too!)

Nice photos Airy, whereabouts in France is that gravel strip/beach where many of the shots seem to be taken.

Hi Bill
I have a few single stacks on the engine that will go onto my F24 project
when it is done. I am contemplating whether to fit singles or two 3 into 1
branches which I think is more common, although the look and the sound of
the singles tempt me. Bill if you need dimensions of a single stack to have
them remade, let me know and I will draw one up for you.
Cheers
Stuart
