'Hi all,

I've had at least five spam signups in the past week; fortunately,
there has been a 12 hr or so lag between signup and posting that
allowed me to catch all but one posting. Apparently some spammers have
learned how to defeat Yahoo!'s signup screening.

Therefore, until further notice new members will be reviewed by the
moderator before being given posting privileges. This should have no
impact on any existing member. I will attempt to approve any new
member request within 24 hrs.
