'I am selling a 1946 Fairchild 24 with a 200 hp Ranger. The plane is flying almost daily, but the current times are 1029 TTAF, 581TT since new on the engine, 117 TT since top overhaul. It has a Narco 120 com and the King KT76A with encoder. I have wheel pants, spare engine for parts, spare parts, engine tools, all manuals. The log books are complete and are consecutive since the plane was new. I am either the third or fourth owner. The only indication that I have of damage is that the log book entry states that both gear struts were replaced, the nose bowl straightened and a few stringers on the belly were repaired in 1955. The plane is hangered and was recovered with Dacron fabric in 1981. New interior and glass at that time. I am asking $39,000 for it. I really don't know how to price these older planes.
